About Tartan Funds, LLC

Tartan Funds, LLC is a Delaware series limited liability company that allocates its assets through a number of individual series, each of which operates independently of the others.

The fund is managed by Tartan Fund Management LLC (the fund manager) which is responsible for the overall allocation of the fund’s assets to individual investment programs through individual series.

The fund manager has delegated the portfolio management of all of the fund’s underlying series to it’s affiliated investment advisor, Tartan Capital Advisors LLC.
